This is a great hands-on, outdoor job with opportunities to grow. No experience? That’s okay—we’ll train you. What You’ll Do Clean, organize and maintain the shipyard and work areas Sand, scrape, mask, and prep boats Move tools, materials, and equipment Support shipwrights and project teams Help keep projects moving and the yard running smoothly Jump in and help wherever needed Why This is a Great Job Entry-level role with on-the-job training Learn practical, real-world skills in the marine trades Get exposure to marine systems, carpentry, and boat work Work outdoors in a unique waterfront setting Be part of a team that builds and repairs real wooden boats Opportunity to grow into other roles over time Growth Opportunity This position may lead to more advanced roles or apprenticeship opportunities based on performance and interest.
