Electrician

Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Old Soul Farms.

The electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical

control, wiring, and lighting systems.

The ideal candidate should have experience in residential, commercial or industrial

electrical systems, and be able to read blueprints, troubleshoot and fix electrical issues.

Ultimately, the electrician's role is to ensure that electrical installations and systems work

efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

• Read blueprints and technical diagrams.

• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.

• Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.

• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an electrician.

• Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.

• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter

etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.

• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.

• Diploma in relevant vocational training o r successfully completed apprenticeship a s

a n electrician.

• Valid license to practice profession.
