Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driving Patrol in Saint Paul Park, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a driving Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical refining location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, entry points, parking areas, and restricted areas to help identify unusual activity or hazardous conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
