About the Role:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers. This role involves leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer service. The Store Manager will develop and implement strategies to drive store sales growth and enhance brand presence within the community. They will also manage inventory, control expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Ultimately, the Store Manager plays a critical role in fostering a productive and engaging work environment that supports both employee development and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in specialty retail or a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of retail sales processes, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer service training programs and staff development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Previous experience managing flexible work schedules and adapting to dynamic retail environments.
  • Certification in retail management or related professional development courses.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
