About the role
- Attend & assist with all Introduction to Wellbeing class sessions
- Arrive 10 minutes before class to assist with class set upĀ & touch base with instructor
- Create a positive, welcoming and friendly learning environmentĀ
- Help students stay engaged during group dialogue and collaborative work time
- At end of class, wipe down all whiteboards, reset chairs in room, clean up any supplies
- Work with Faculty member
- Take daily attendance and assist with assessing student participation (if there is a problem)Ā
- Assist in the evaluation of student work & updating of gradebook
- Weekly homework, transfer quiz scores, gradebook
- Work with Students
- Maintain confidentiality of student information
- Provide encouraging feedback to students questions and concerns - via email
- Serve as a resource for students navigating the first year of college - via email/meeting in WB office space
- Work with Program Coordinator
- Participate in any trainings offered
Qualifications:
- A or B in Introduction to Wellbeing
Travel: This position does not require travel.
