About the role
- Answers incoming calls related to technology issues and requests from Bethel community members.
- Gathers information from customers to facilitate troubleshooting process.
- Provides Tier 1 support including solutions to common problems and fulfilling requests for service, equipment, etc.
- Documents case information thoroughly and correctly to facilitate case tracking and reference.
- Submits new and edits existing knowledge base documentation.
- Provides prompt, excellent service to telephone and walk-in customers.

- Must be a current sMust be reliable (show up on time, stay on task, notify me before an absence)
- Must be motivated to learn
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must work well with other students
- Must be able to take direction from multiple Staff employees
- Must be able to communicate in a professional manner to Bethel community members.
- Ability to research solutions to new or difficult problems.
