What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor, assess, and respond to resident needs
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
- Document care and communicate changes with the care team
- Educate and support residents and families
- Supervise and support CNAs, mentoring new team members
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve outcomes
What You'll Need
- Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- A genuine passion for senior care
- A team-oriented mindset with leadership ability
