About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum for Pre-K students
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Facilitate social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among students
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child development
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic demeanor with young children
  • Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations
