Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year

We're currently looking for a Project Manager - Senior Civil Engineer to step into a leadership role and guide premier projects that shape our environment and improve quality of life.

What You'll Do:

* Lead cutting-edge projects in park development, renewable energy, water resources, and redevelopment.
* Manage multi-disciplinary project teams with a collaborative and creative mindset.
* Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Mentor and support staff growth in a respectful, team-first environment.
* Contribute to strategic group growth and market expansion plans.
* Bring environmental passion and innovation into every design.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil or related Engineering.
* 8+ years of experience in civil engineering (parks, green infrastructure, or redevelopment focus preferred).
* Licensed PE in Minnesota or eligible within 6 months.
* Proven skills in project management, communication, and team leadership.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
* Bonus if you have hydrologic/hydraulic modeling experience!

Additional Requirements:

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel.
