This is an internal-facing role focused on data accuracy, report creation, and identifying insights that improve execution. This position does not involve direct customer interaction or commission-based sales. The willingness to learn and understand our business, our customers, and becoming a SME in our CRM (Salesforce) will encourage success in this position. If you enjoy working in spreadsheets, organizing data, building reports, conducting research, and spotting trends others miss — this role is for you. QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, basic data analysis) Excel proficiency will be assessed during the interview process. 1–3 years experience in reporting, sales, operations, administrative, or data support roles Comfortable learning and working in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) Strong research and organizational skills Clear written and verbal communication High level of integrity and accuracy Fluent in English, verbally and written (Spanish is a plus) Preferred (Not Required) Experience using Salesforce or another CRM Experience creating dashboards or performance reports Background in sales operations, business operations, or data support
