Job Title: Student Conversion Operations Assistant
Location: St. Paul
Pay: $22 per hour

Position Summary:
The Student Conversion Assistant supports the arena operations team in preparing and maintaining event spaces for a variety of activities, including sporting events, concerts, and special functions. This role involves physical labor, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
路 Safely lift, move, and transport objects weighing 50 pounds or more.
路 Set up and tear down event equipment, including:
路 Chairs, tables, and railings
路 Platforms and staging
路 Basketball court flooring
路 Ice decking and dasher boards
路 Glass installation and removal for hockey events
路 Temporary stair systems
路 Assist with conversions between event types (e.g., ice rink to basketball court).
路 Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after setups.
路 Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
路 Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.

Preferred Skills
路 Previous experience in event setup or manual labor is a plus.
路 Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment handling
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
路 Must be enrolled as a student.
路 Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
路 Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
路 Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
路 Strong teamwork and communication skills.
路 Reliability and punctuality are essential.
