Job DetailsJob Location: ANCHOR HOUSE IRTS - Saint Paul, MN 55104Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/yearTreatment Professional I/II - Anchor House (St. Paul, MN) People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to join the team at our IRTS (Intensive Residential Treatment Services) program, Huss Residence. This community-based residential treatment program integrates mental health, medical, and substance use care in an inpatient, 24-hour, voluntary, supervised setting for up to 90 days. This program is a step below hospitalization in our community-based system of care and help serve adults who need a high level of treatment and assistance. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Location: Anchor House IRTS Program (1593 Hewitt Ave, St Paul, MN 55104) Hiring Range: Salary variable on licensure and qualifications. Treatment Professional I (Unlicensed Clinical Trainee): $62,000-68,000 annually, plus $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates Treatment Professional II (Licensed Mental Health Professional): $74,000 - $80,000 annually, plus $2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates.   People Incorporated Mental Health Services is the largest nonprofit mental health provider in Minnesota. For over 50 years, we have been a leading community partner, transforming the health of our communities through innovative solutions.   Main Job Duties: Provide leadership and clinical expertise within the mental health services team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting the high standards and reputation of the services offered. Offer one-on-one supportive counseling to clients, closely observing their behavior and emotional/physical symptoms while implementing behavioral management strategies as appropriate. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to ensure that treatment interventions are aligned with the client’s current needs and overall functioning. Engage in team meetings and communication regarding client progress and care, and actively participate in clinical supervision to provide accurate, thorough, and timely updates to the team. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Treatment Professional I (Unlicensed Clinical Trainee): Master's Degree in a behavior science or related field Working toward clinical licensure by obtaining required clinical supervision hours and client contact hours outlined by the appropriate licensing board. Treatment Professional II (Licensed Mental Health Professional): Master’s Degree in the behavioral sciences Current clinical license as a mental health professional in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT) with no restrictions. OR proof of current clinical licensure as described above within 60 days of employment   Preferred Qualifications: Treatment Professional I (Unlicensed Clinical Trainee): Two years of full-time experience working with people with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders Treatment Professional II (Licensed Mental Health Professional): Doctoral degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in providing services to individuals with co-occurring disorders (MH/CD).
