·       Support the Liquor Manager in all operations
·       Monitor employee behavior to ensure customer satisfaction with all transactionsÂ
·       Communicate with Management to achieve optimal service levels-no long linesÂ

·       Train and develop future Liquor Store ManagersÂ
·       Interview and hire new employeesÂ
·       Assist with merchandising to keep our shelves full (maybe some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs.)Â

·       Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome departmentÂ
