Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $19.50 per hour | On-Site


Are you an experienced direct-care professional ready to step into leadership? Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking a compassionate and hands-on Adult Day Training (ADT) Floor Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals and help create safe, engaging, and meaningful experiences for adults with developmental disabilities.


Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will supervise approximately 10–15 DSPs, coach and develop employees, monitor service quality, and support the daily operations of our Adult Day Training program.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 10–15 DSPs.
  • Ensure participants receive safe, person-centered care and meaningful daily activities.
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, training, and required documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and corrective action.
  • Coordinate activity schedules, community outings, vocational opportunities, and participant services.
  • Review documentation in Therap and iConnect and address missing or inaccurate records.
  • Participate in Support Plan meetings and communicate with families, support coordinators, and program partners.
  • Assist participants with personal care, mobility, meals, medication administration, behavioral support, and other daily needs.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and safe program areas.
  • Support staffing needs through a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Oversee daily program operations when the Senior Program Manager is unavailable.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience leading or supervising direct-care employees.
  • Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities; three years preferred.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Therap, iConnect, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical responsibilities of the position.
  • A people-first approach and a genuine commitment to helping others live life to the fullest.

Schedule and Pay

  • Monday through Friday, generally 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • On-site at Parc Center for Disabilities.
  • Rotating on-call responsibilities required.
  • Starting pay: $19.50 per hour.
