POSITION SUMMARY
This position will focus on support for the Scanning Team members to process daily orders for our Direct to Consumer customers.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and pack orders orders for specific customers.
- Pack other orders from the picking department.
- Properly replenish inventory to complete assigned orders.
- Communicate inventory or packing issues to Management/Supervisor
- Assist Scanning team as directed by Team Leaders/Supervisors.
- Act as a backup for the put-back team as needed/assigned.
- Ensure all put-backs are completed and returned to the proper location in a timely manner.
- report any issues found with the printers or computers assigned for orders.
- Additional duties and/or requirements as assigned.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma, Â GED or equivalent required.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum one year of distribution (preferably scanning/packing) experience preferred.
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the position.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Mobility and dexterity to move/lift large, Â heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to tolerate industrial environment.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to calmly handle busy production demands and respectfully interact with co-workers to accomplish tasks and goals.
