Who We’re Looking For: A Marina Maintenance Associate for our [INSERT LOCATION] Morningstar Marina: a people-person and team player who loves to lend a helping hand, make people smile, and knock out a checklist. We’re looking for a can’t-sit-still type who is drawn to the outdoors and whose ideal job is in the sun, on their feet, and with a team of equally passionate, fantastic people working toward the same goal: a superior customer experience. What You’ll Do: Create exceptional customer experiences and build relationships Take pride in our operation, service, and appearance, constantly looking for and acting on ways we can be better Improve and maintain our property and facilities daily Work with boats and boaters, learning marine skills and tricks of the trade Enforce safety, adhering to all policies and regulatory standards as well as Morningstar guidelines All candidates extended an offer for employment must pass a pre-employment background check.
