Job DetailsJob Location: Stafford, VA 22556Job Purpose The Operations Manager provides managerial oversight of program operations, servings as the forward-facing leader for contract management, budget oversight, compliance, and quality assurance. This role ensures all contractual obligations are met while maintaining alignment with CMMC and ISO standards.    Essential Functions of the Job Provides managerial oversight for Program Analysts and interns Serves as the primary forward-facing representative for contract management Manage program budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting  Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and deliverables Lead quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives  Oversee CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) compliance Maintain ISO standards adherence across operations  Coordinate with stakeholders on contract performance and milestones Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership  Maintain business registration Manage certifications and deadlines of GCubed Tracking of employee evaluations (30 days, 90 days, Annual, IDP) Build SOP and Policy documentation Assist in external and internal audits Manage NDAs/TAs QualificationsRequired Qualifications Experience in operations and program management within government contracting  Strong knowledge of CMMC framework and ISO standards (9001, 27001) Proven budget management and financial oversight capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  Familiarity with contract compliance and quality assurance methodologies Proficiency in Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word Bachelor’s Degree, or associates with equivalent years of experience. Must successfully complete a Background Investigation   Working Conditions Primarily in an office environment.   Physical Environment  Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
