Position Title: Capabilities Development & Integration (CD&I) Analyst – Mortar Systems SME
Location: OnSite, Quantico, VA (CD&I / MCCDC)
Clearance Required: Secret
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CD&I Analyst with deep USMC mortar systems expertise to support MCCDC/CD&I at Quantico, VA. This analyst will serve as the primary mortar systems SME, supporting requirements generation, capability development documentation, force structure analysis, and resourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational expertise on USMC mortar systems.
- Support capability gap analysis, trade studies, and requirements development.
- Draft and refine CDDs, ICDs, and JCIDS documentation.
- Participate in IPTs and support traceability of mortar-related requirements.
- Support AAO validation in TFSMS.
- Develop and justify POM inputs and review budget exhibits.
- Collaborate across multi-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
- 5–10+ years supporting USMC capability development.
- Hands-on experience with USMC mortar systems (60mm, 81mm, 120mm).
- Working knowledge of JCIDS, TFSMS, AAO updates, and POM processes.
- Strong analytical writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Former USMC 0341, 0369, 0861, or fire-related MOS.
- Prior CD&I/MCCDC support experience.
- Experience drafting CDDs or supporting requirements reviews.
- Familiarity with SYSCOM and PdM Infantry Weapons processes.
- Advanced degree or DAWIA/requirements certifications.

Work Conditions:
- 100% onsite at Quantico, VA.
- Occasional CONUS travel.
This position is contingent upon award
Salary Range - $100,000 to $125,000 (Based on experience)
