Client Services Manager

The Role at a Glance:


This role involves strategic account planning, client relationship management, financial oversight, and ensuring top-tier service delivery and cross-functional coordination. 


How You’ll Contribute:


You will manage key national accounts independently while acting as a liaison between senior management, sales, customer service, and clients. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of contract terms, conducting regular business reviews, and serving as the primary subject matter expert for assigned accounts. It is essential for you to establish consultative and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

You will lead strategic account planning to meet mutual performance objectives and financial goals. Your responsibilities will also include delivering regular client reports, analyzing trends, monitoring financial performance, and managing aged receivables. The role requires identifying opportunities for account growth, handling escalations, reviewing quality and claims reports, and enhancing internal processes and team performance.


Qualifications and Skills:


Education/Work Experience/Certificates

  • Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in business or marketing and/or equivalent experience
  • Previousexperienceworkingin the moving and storage industry highly desirable
  • CRP and GMS certification preferred
