A growing regional construction company based in Stafford, Texas undergoing HR consolidation following a recent acquisition. The HR team is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on integrating people and systems to support continued growth.
Role Summary
We are seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to lead and support the migration of employees from one HRIS to another, including ApplicantPro. This role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong stakeholder engagement across all levels, and experience executing mass onboarding and HRIS cutovers. The position is fully onsite and will be heavily involved in training, communication, and data reconciliation during the transition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support HRIS migration activities including data mapping, validation, testing, cutover, and post-migration reconciliation.
Coordinate and execute mass onboarding for acquired employees.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers; provide training, documentation, and live support in Spanish and English.
Communicate project status and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.
Troubleshoot data and process issues and escalate as needed.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity throughout the migration.
Support day-to-day HR operations as needed including employee relations, benefits coordination, and HR reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
Fluent Spanish and English verbal and written.
Demonstrated experience with HRIS migrations or large HR system implementations.
Experience in organizations with 400+ employees strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
Must be able to work onsite in Stafford Texas Monday–Friday.
Preferred
Experience with ApplicantPro or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
Prior experience supporting post-acquisition integrations.
Experience creating training materials and delivering group training.
