Role Overview

  • Design
thoughtful, innovative commercial environments with a focus on function, flow, and form.
  • Develop
full drawing sets including SD, DD, and CD phases — leveraging Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering tools.
  • Lead
consultant coordination, ensuring technical documentation aligns with design intent and code.
  • Optimize
workflows across the design process to improve project delivery timelines.
  • Review and redline
junior staff work for quality, accuracy, and constructability.
  • Recommend
value-engineered design solutions that balance cost, schedule, and aesthetics.
  • Benchmark
against industry trends to bring fresh thinking into every project.

What You’ll Bring

  • Active Architectural License (U.S.)
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture — ideally including restaurants, retail, or industrial
  • Expert in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling/rendering tools
     (e.g., Enscape, SketchUp, Lumion)
  • Strong knowledge of IBC, ADA, and Texas building codes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects from concept to permit
  • Excellent communication, consultant coordination, and documentation skills
  • A portfolio that shows both technical depth and design vision
