Join Ellie Mental Health as a Pre-Licensed Mental Health Outpatient Therapist in Fredericksburg, VA, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to mental wellness. Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples or family therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills.

- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
- Active enrollment in a state-approved supervision program for licensure.
