A growing regional construction company based in Stafford, Texas undergoing HR consolidation following a recent acquisition. The HR team is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on integrating people and systems to support continued growth. Role Summary
We are seeking a bilingual HR Coordinator to support the HR Generalist during an HRIS migration and mass onboarding effort. This role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist with data entry, employee communications, and day-to-day HR operations. The position is fully onsite and will work closely with HR leadership and staff across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with HRIS migration tasks including data entry, data validation, and reconciliation.
Support mass onboarding activities for acquired employees, including paperwork collection and new-hire orientation logistics.
Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support for employees and managers; answer routine HR questions and escalate complex issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate HR records and files.
Assist with benefits enrollment support, background check coordination, and new-hire documentation.
Help create and distribute employee communications and training materials.
Support routine HR reporting and administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data updates).
Perform other HR duties as assigned to support the transition and daily HR operations.
Requirements
Qualifications
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Fluent Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Experience with HRIS data entry or HR system support.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills; comfortable interacting with employees at all levels.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
Must be able to work onsite in Stafford, TX Monday–Friday.
Preferred
Experience supporting HRIS migrations or HR system implementations.
Experience in companies with 400+ employees or in post-acquisition integrations.
Familiarity with ApplicantPro or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
Experience preparing onboarding materials and delivering group orientations.
