The Ormet Operator prints conductive paste to pre-drilled holes in printed circuit board materials and panels. Â Â As a member of the Lamination department team, the operator will also cross-train on and perform additional department processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Print conductive paste to pre-drilled holes in printed circuit board materials and panels according to process documented in work instructionsÂ
Attach materials to be printed to carrier panels with tape.Â
Operate printing machine.Â
Inspect to ensure paste print quality meets requirements called out in work instruction.
Use ovens for drying panels. Verity correct bake temperatures and times.
Inspect to ensure dried paste quality meets requirements called out in work instruction.
Remove printed materials from carrier panels.Â
Perform required preventative maintenance on all associated equipment in accordance with work instructions.
As a member of the Lamination department team, cross-train on department processes to assist in the workload when not performing Ormet function.
Must adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including requirements for keeping the area clean and organized as documented in written process procedures. Required to utilize all appropriate safety equipment and to receive annual RCRA and safety training.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Solid knowledge of math
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work around chemicals
Good computer skills
Ability to perform visual inspection
PCB manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to produce quality work under pressure
Able to understand and follow daily work direction, shop travelers and process instructions in English as received verbally or in writing from supervisor or other qualified person.
Ability to understand and follow posted procedures.
Ability to understand and follow all safety codes.
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Ability to stand on feet for 8 hoursÂ
Education and Experience:
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Required Experience:
No experience required. We can train candidates with the essential knowledge and skills.
Preferred Experience:
Previous printed circuit board manufacturing experience preferred. General manufacturing experience helpful.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
