You’ll play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every guest. What You’ll Do: Support overall venue operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service execution Lead, coach, and develop team members across departments Ensure a high standard of guest experience, safety, and cleanliness Drive revenue through strong operational execution, events support, and upselling opportunities Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management initiatives Monitor KPIs and take action to meet or exceed location goals What We’re Looking For: Proven leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume operations Strong ability to coach and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment Operational mindset with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and guest satisfaction Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Join RPM Raceway and be part of a growing brand redefining experiential entertainment where speed, energy, and teamwork come together to create unforgettable moments.   Qualifications
