This is a dynamic, relationship-focused role for someone who thrives on building meaningful connections, creating opportunities, and delivering measurable growth while making a real difference in people’s lives.  About the Role As Business Development Executive, you will serve as a trusted ambassador for CompassCare— cultivating and managing a robust network of referral sources and strategic partners, including healthcare providers, care managers, wealth advisors, and other key professionals. You will position CompassCare as the premier provider of concierge-level, non-medical home care across the tri-state area. Your work will directly connect families to high-quality, personalized care during critical moments. Success in this role is defined by your ability to generate referrals, drive revenue growth, build lasting partnerships, and elevate CompassCare’s presence in the community.  Key Responsibilities: Develop, grow, and manage a strong pipeline of referral sources Build and deepen strategic partnerships across healthcare, senior services, and related industries Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets Educate partners and the community on high-quality home care solutions Plan and execute marketing and outreach initiatives, including events, webinars, newsletters, and social media Represent CompassCare at networking events, industry functions, and community engagements with professionalism and empathy• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, including referral activity and marketing performance Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach and relationship development efforts in CRM  What Success Looks Like • Consistent growth in referral sources and strategic partnerships • Measurable increases in revenue and market share • Trusted, lasting relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders • Increased access to high-quality care for families in need • A strong, visible, and respected presence in the local healthcare and senior care community  Who You Are • Purpose-driven and relationship-oriented • Driven, goal-oriented, and accountable • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset • Empathetic, professional, and a strong communicator • Resourceful, adaptable, and creative in problem-solving • Disciplined with strong organizational habits  Working Environment: This hybrid role requires regular travel throughout New York City, Westchester County, and Lower Fairfield County, CT, along with time spent at our Stamford, CT office.  About CompassCare Founded in 2014, CompassCare is a premier provider of concierge-level private-duty home care in the New York tri-state area.
