About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Operations Lead, Corporate Technology to lead the day-to-day operation of Yuma’s corporate technology environment. You will serve as the primary owner of IT service delivery, end-user technology, SaaS administration, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) oversight while partnering closely with Security and Engineering teams.

This is a hands-on operational role responsible for ensuring employees have reliable, secure, and scalable technology services while continuously improving technology operations and controls in a fast-growing organization. The individual in this role will have significant influence over how Corporate IT scales as Yuma continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of corporate IT services and end-user technology.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Yuma’s MSP, including performance management, escalation handling, and SLA oversight.
  • Own operational oversight of service requests, incidents, escalations, and user support processes.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle management, and access provisioning processes.
  • Manage software licensing, vendor renewals, and technology procurement processes.
  • Administer and support business systems including identity platforms, productivity suites, collaboration tools, and SaaS applications.
  • Lead implementation of corporate technology systems, upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Establish, document, and improve operational processes including incident, request, asset, and change management.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of endpoints, software assets, licenses, and technology vendors.
  • Partner with Security to implement, operate, and maintain security controls across endpoints, applications, and identity platforms.
  • Support compliance and audit activities, including evidence collection and control operation for frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Develop operational reporting, service metrics, and dashboards to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and escalation support for critical business and technology issues.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, corporate IT, infrastructure, or service delivery roles.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Entra ID, Okta, Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and third-party technology vendors.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, endpoint management, and SaaS administration.
  • Experience supporting cloud-first technology environments and modern productivity platforms.
  • Familiarity with IT service management practices including incident, request, change, and asset management.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices, especially least-privilege access principles.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic improvement initiatives with hands-on operational responsibilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with endpoint security tools like Zscaler, SentinelOne, or CrowdStrike.
  • Experience supporting distributed or global workforces.
  • Experience working in regulated, security-focused, or audit-driven environments.
  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001.
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, AI, or infrastructure-focused businesses.
