Physical Therapist

Summary
This role is designed for a Physical Therapist who values clinical structure and outcome-based care. You will assess movement impairments, create targeted treatment strategies, and provide skilled therapy that supports recovery and long-term function. Clear documentation and patient communication are essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Complete evaluations, establish goals, and outline a plan of care
  • Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions using evidence-based techniques
  • Use therapeutic exercise and functional training to improve strength and mobility
  • Provide manual therapy as clinically appropriate
  • Monitor outcomes, update documentation, and adjust plans as needed
  • Coordinate with physicians, case managers, or other providers when required
  • Maintain professional standards for safety, ethics, and documentation
  • DPT from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Connecticut PT license in good standing (or eligible to obtain)
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience treating orthopedic conditions preferred
  • Strong patient communication skills and attention to detail
  • 2 weeks PTO
