From developing proprietary monitoring technology to linking arms with other industry leaders to strengthen our operations, we have a storied history of doing what's needed to serve our customers well.
Who We're Looking For:
The Analytics, Planning & SFDC Manager drives data-driven decision-making within the Commercial Operations team and owns the Salesforce (SFDC) platform. This role builds and maintains reporting frameworks, strategic planning processes, and CRM data governance that support commercial performance. It also bridges commercial teams and technology, ensuring Salesforce is the single source of truth for pipeline, revenue, and customer data while delivering insights that drive growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports, including Salesforce dashboards, to track KPIs across Commercial Operations. Creating standardized reporting templates ensuring consistency and accuracy, with SFDC as the primary data source for commercial metrics

- Collaborating with senior leaders to establish metrics that measure and enhance performance across key business areas
- Serving as the central point of contact for all reporting and analytics needs across the Commercial Operations team, communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner
- Identifying inefficiencies in data collection, CRM workflows, and reporting processes, and implementing solutions to streamline workflows across Salesforce and connected systems.
- Partnering with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate reporting tools, automate recurring reports, and optimize the Salesforce platform, ensuring clean data flows between SFDC, ERP, and BI tools
- Introducing best practices for data governance across all reporting systems, including data standards, naming conventions, and field-level requirements to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Owning the Salesforce commercial data model, including accounts, opportunities, contacts, and custom objects, enforcing data standards, picklist values, and opportunity stage definitions across all commercial teams
- Translating commercial workflows into Salesforce processes (lead-to-cash, opportunity management, approval flows), acting as the bridge between sales/commercial users and SFDC admin/IT to define requirements and prioritize platform enhancements
- Driving CRM adoption and reporting capability across commercial teams through training, documentation, and ongoing support, monitoring adoption metrics and addressing compliance and capability gaps
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and pivot tables
- Hands-on experience with SQL for querying large datasets
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with analytics tools
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and reporting
- Knowledge of SFDC data governance, field-level security, and sharing models

- 7+ years in reporting, analytics, or financial planning roles, preferably within commercial operations
- Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end reporting systems and strategic planning processes
- Experience as a Salesforce business owner or power user in a commercial environment
- Track record of defining CRM data models, driving adoption, and enforcing data governance standards
