We are Waste Harmonics Keter, your partner in handling complex waste operations.

From developing proprietary monitoring technology to linking arms with other industry leaders to strengthen our operations, we have a storied history of doing what's needed to serve our customers well.

Who We're Looking For

The Project Coordinator, Data & Insights is responsible for coordinating projects, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the Data & Insights team. This role serves as the operational backbone of the department by keeping projects organized, maintaining visibility into priorities, and ensuring deliverables stay on track while enabling technical team members to focus on high-value analytical work.

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive project coordinator who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives. This individual is an exceptional communicator with strong organizational skills, the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise, and a passion for improving collaboration across technical and business teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate multiple Data & Insights projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track
  • Lead recurring stakeholder meetings by preparing agendas, documenting key decisions, tracking action items, and providing timely follow-up
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming requests, triaging work and coordinating priorities before escalating to leadership
  • Maintain visibility into active projects, dependencies, risks, milestones, and resource needs
  • Partner with the Data & Insights Manager to support project prioritization and identify capacity constraints
  • Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and blockers to stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, Operations, and other business teams
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, process documentation, and knowledge repositories
  • Help standardize project management practices, documentation, and team workflows
  • Support onboarding by documenting project context, business processes, and team procedures
  • Build strong working relationships across departments to improve communication and collaboration
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve project coordination, reporting, and operational efficiency

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or a similar role
  • Experience supporting data, analytics, technology, or other cross-functional business teams
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and project lifecycle coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable updates
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Linear, Notion, or similar tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to build effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with data and analytics workflows, including dashboards, reporting, and data pipelines
  • Experience working alongside Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics teams
  • Exposure to BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Understanding of the data development lifecycle
  • Experience implementing or improving project management processes and documentation standards

What's Good to Know

  • This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with the Data & Insights team and stakeholders throughout the organization
  • While this position supports a technical team, hands-on coding or SQL development is not required
  • Success is measured by the team's ability to deliver projects efficiently through effective coordination, communication, and prioritization
  • This role is designed to reduce administrative and coordination overhead for senior technical staff, allowing them to focus on delivering high-impact data initiatives
  • Candidates who enjoy organizing complex work, improving processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration will thrive in this position
