Job Description

THE ROLE:  Archive Services Representative – Media Transfer Project (Temporary)

Project based role to support physical media asset reduction and transfer. Representative will be responsible in assisting with the retrieval, disposal and transfer of high volume of physical media assets. This includes working with the Archive Services team to accurately prepare, track and coordinate purge and transfer operations.

MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Locating and retrieving physical media assets for disposal.

  • Organizing, preparing and tracking large volume physical asset disposals.

  • Locating and retrieving physical media assets for facility transfer.

  • Organizing, preparing, tracking and transferring assets to a new facility.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Organized and detail oriented.

  • Support onsite physical media operations based in 2 onsite locations in Connecticut.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines

  • Aptitude to excel in team environment.

  • Experience with MicroSoft Excel or comparable data applications.

  • Dependability and time management.

Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A+E Global Media on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third-party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than eighteen (18) months.

Compensation

Contract Hourly Pay Rate: $32.00
