Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating dietary restrictions.
- Assist with homework and educational activities to promote learning.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for children at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to foster positive development.
- Organize outings and recreational activities that promote social skills.
- Administer first aid and medication as needed, following safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in child care or as a nanny is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to create a fun and stimulating environment for children.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Background check clearance and references required.
- Flexibility in schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
