Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $80,000-$120,000 per year in Stamford, Connecticut
Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our partner’s full-time team in the Stamford, Connecticut area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:
- Provide patient-focused care with 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Treat a wide range of athletic injuries, with most patients under 60 and actively participating in sports.
- Train and collaborate with local high school teams in football, lacrosse, swimming, and other sports.
- Grow into leadership roles by mentoring colleagues and contributing to program development.
- Practice in a cutting-edge, athlete-centered facility with no weekend or on-call responsibilities.
Key Requirements for the Physical Therapist:
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience; sports medicine/athletics focus preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a dedication to patient care and teamwork.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Compensation and Schedule for the Physical Therapist:
- Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 (can have flexibility on salary based off of experience)
- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k with company match.
- Annual CEU support of $1,500 plus additional flexible education sponsorship.
- Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends/no on-call. Choice of 7a–3p or 11a–7p shifts, with shorter Fridays.
