Stamford Health Medical Group, in partnership with Stamford Hospital, is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join a thriving and collegial practice of five physicians in the heart of downtown Stamford. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient opportunity with a 4.5-day work week, offering an excellent work-life balance and a supportive, team-oriented environment.  As a Planetree certified health system, we are committed to personalizing, humanizing, and demystifying the healthcare experience for patients and their families. Position Highlights

- Outpatient only – Monday through Friday, 4.5-day work week

- No nights or weekends

- Shared call schedule: 1:11 weekday phone-only call (0–5 calls/night); weekend call only 5 times per year

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive starting salary: $267,580+ (depending on experience) plus wRVU incentives
