What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems.
- Conduct seasonal inspections of heating and cooling equipment.
- Identify potential issues and communicate recommendations to customers.
- Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Clean background.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
