Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring all Providers and Facilities are credentialed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Educational Requirements:
ï‚· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
ï‚· Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
2. Experience Requirements:
ï‚· Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience
ï‚· Prefer experience working for a non-profit organization
3. Special Skills or Training:
ï‚· Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication skills
ï‚· Ability to perform mathematical functions
ï‚· Ability to evaluate and interpret information and make independent decisions
ï‚· Demonstrated ability to work independently and cooperatively with others
ï‚· Familiarity with Microsoft Office software suite
ï‚· Typing/word processing skills at 50 WPM
ï‚· Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systems
ï‚· Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion in dealing with confidential information
ï‚· Ability and willingness to work as schedule dictates
ï‚· Positive attitude toward the elderly and coworkers
4. Physical Requirements:
ï‚· Ability to reach above shoulder height, push/pull, grasp, fine hand coordination, bend, sit, stand, walk
ï‚· Able to lift and carry 10 lbs.

ï‚· Ability to remain calm under stress
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit Provider Payer Enrollment; All Payer Revalidation Annually and Medicare Revalidation for the Providers.
2. Prepare appropriate paperwork, attend and take minutes for monthly board meetings and other meetings as requested.
3. Maintains and updates contracts with insurance companies.
4. Distribute incoming and prepare outgoing mail daily.
5. Monitor and maintain supplies for mailroom copier and arrange for service as needed.
6. Complete surveys including compliance with State and Federal agencies.
7. Maintain contact information for board members and act as liaison between staff and board members as
directed.
8. Plan and prepare for events as requested, such as the MBH Annual Meeting.
9. Order and stock the vending machine.
10. Assist in registration of facility and/or staff for conferences/training and in arranging accommodations as
requested.
11. Acknowledge staff birthdays and other life events as per policy.
12. Maintain Resident, Patient, Employee, and Facility Confidentiality.
13. Know and comply with Residents' Rights rules.
14. Treat Residents, Patients, Visitors and Co-workers with kindness, dignity and respect at all times.
15. Attend and participate in orientation, training, mandatory education, in-services, staff meetings and education
courses as instructed to further improve knowledge and skills.
16. Promote teamwork; encourage others to work to the best of their ability.
17. Have a positive attitude; be willing to accept change; follow facility rules, regulations and job assignments;
accept suggestions well for work improvement; cooperate with managers, administration, peers and the public
