Receive the confirmed daily order schedule from the WhatsApp Operator.

Organize and prioritize daily orders according to production and delivery requirements.

Coordinate order preparation with the Kitchen, Production, Packing and Delivery Teams.

Follow up on production progress and ensure orders are completed on time.

Act as the main link between confirmed customer orders and the production team.

Ensure every order is prepared accurately according to the confirmed order details.

Verify the correct customer, product, size, quantity, flavor, color and decoration/design.

Check writing, accessories, packaging and pickup/delivery information before releasing orders.

Communicate continuously with the WhatsApp Operator regarding order details and updates.

Identify and resolve production or order discrepancies quickly.

Ensure deadlines are met and daily operations run efficiently.

Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy and teamwork.

High School education.

Previous experience in team leading, management and sales.

Strong leadership and team-management skills.
