Technical Maintenance Technician

•      Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all venue systems

•      Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues

•      Set up and maintain lighting, sound, and AV equipment for events

•      Maintain outdoor grounds, structures, tents, and landscaping features

•      Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues before and during events

•      Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs

•      Maintain maintenance logs, safety records, and equipment inventories

•      Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire code regulations

•      Support event setup/breakdown involving furniture, staging, and equipment

Requirements

•      3+ years of experience in facilities, building, or technical maintenance

•      Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

•      Experience with event AV/sound and lighting equipment preferred

•      Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and working outdoors

•      Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

•      Availability for on-call or weekend support during events

•      Relevant trade certification or license a plus

•      Valid driver's license
