As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent shopping experience, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries confidently.

Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Assist with inventory management, restocking, and merchandising.

Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Follow company policies and maintain high standards of service.

Shift Options:

AM Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
PM Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements

Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a proactive mindset.

Basic computer and POS system knowledge is a plus.

Flexible to work AM or PM shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
