Counter Delivery Officer

• Collect items from shelves based on invoice details: number, size, color, quantity, and brands
  
• Group items correctly for delivery
  
• Ensures that orders are accurate and delivered with client’s signature approval 
  
• Deliver order items to client’s car if applicable
  
• Plan and monitor product storage and dispatch
  
• Perform stocking duties and ensure restocking of each product pulled from the shelves
  
• Monitor stock control systems and process specific orders
  
• Coordinate processes between counter and tinting 
  
• Perform other general duties as needed (cleanliness of the delivery zone...) 
  
• Document delivery complaints and mistakes in a predefined database
  

Requirements

• Good knowledge of both English and Arabic (reading and writing).
  
• Active personality
  
• Excellent Customer Service values 
  
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
