Fuel the Feed

As a Feed Mill Technician in Leigh, NE, you'll help power swine nutrition by keeping feed manufacturing accurate, safe, and on schedule-so animals get what they need, when they need it.

Key responsibilities include:
- Mix feed rations to established schedules and standards
- Support timely, bio-secure manufacturing and delivery processes
- Enforce biosecurity protocols and document mill records as directed
- Receive and properly store ingredients/supplies to protect quality
- Maintain site cleanliness, assist with minor repairs, and follow all safety requirements
- Where applicable, support grain receiving, drying, storage, and ticketing/communication

Required qualifications/skills:
- Experience or demonstrated ability in feed manufacturing (and/or grain handling)
- Understanding of mechanical systems; ability to perform minor maintenance
- Adaptable multitasker with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using electronic reports; acceptable driving record
