- 聽路 Coordinates menu planning and ordering for daily menus and special events.
- 路 Plans nutritious, well balanced meals, food preparation, presentation and for the proper care and storage of all food.
- 路 Uses kitchen equipment and other kitchen supplies safely and responsibly.
- 路 Under the supervisor of the House Director, maintains a balanced food budget.
- 路 Maintains a current inventory of food products and rotates stock.
- 路 Assists with purchasing food supplies locally to supplement food orders.
- 路 Maintains cleanliness of refrigerators, freezers, storage areas, stoves, equipment, utensils, sinks, counters, cupboards, floors, etc.
- 路 Adheres to University, House Corporation Board and Chapter policies and rules.
Requirements
Prior experience in a sorority or restaurant required.聽
