Job Overview: 

As a Server at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, you will provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests by delivering friendly, attentive service and knowledge about our menu offerings. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have a memorable time in our sports-themed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Promote specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid food handler’s permit.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for sports and providing excellent customer service.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and navigate through a busy restaurant setting.
