​Are you looking to start a rewarding career in healthcare without the burden of tuition costs? Mount Nittany Health is proud to offer a Nursing Assistant Sponsorship Program in partnership with the Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology (CPI).

​This unique opportunity allows you to get paid while attending classes and clinicals. You will begin your journey as a Casual employee while completing your education and, upon successful graduation and certification, you will transition into a Full-Time Nursing Assistant position within our health system.

The Sponsorship Advantage

• Paid Training: Receive a regular wage for all 120 hours of classroom and clinical time.  (comprising classroom theory, lab skills, and hands-on clinical experience)
• Tuition Covered: Mount Nittany Health sponsors your enrollment at CPI—no out-of-pocket tuition for you.
• Status: You will be hired as a Casual employee for the duration of the CPI program. Get paid while you learn
• Guaranteed Placement: Upon graduation, you will bid into a Full-Time (FT) Nursing Assistant position on one of our dynamic clinical units.
• Fast Track: Complete your training and be ready for your new career in approximately 5 weeks.
• The Transition: After successfully completing the program and passing the PA State Nurse Aide Competency Exam, you will transition to a Full-Time role with a set schedule (including rotation/weekends as per unit needs).
