We are looking for an experienced Cook to join the team at Lucky Break, our quick-service dining outlet. This position plays a key role in preparing fresh, high-quality food with speed and accuracy while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and enjoys working in a high-volume environment where teamwork and exceptional guest service are top priorities.

This position will report directly to the Sous Chef, and will be responsible for:

Preparing food according to recipes and quality standards.
Performing related duties in any assigned kitchen station.
Demonstrating knowledge of upscale cooking techniques and methods.
Effectively working in fry, carving, vegetable, sauté, and broiler stations.
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations.
Promoting positive guest interactions and public relations.
Providing outstanding customer service and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

A minimum of one (1) year of related culinary or food service experience.
The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6–8+ hours per shift.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule based on business needs.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
