The Village at Penn State, one of the area's premier independent living communities, is looking for a friendly and dependable Full-Time Server to join our dining team. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent service, and creating a welcoming dining experience, we'd love to meet you!

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday–Friday

• Split Shift: 10:30 AM–2:00 PM / 3:30 PM–7:30 PM

• Weekends as needed

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive service to residents during mealtimes.

• Become familiar with daily menus and assist residents with their dining needs.

• Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders.

• Deliver meals and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Set up and maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.

• Complete opening and closing side work.

• Work as part of a supportive team to create an exceptional dining experience for our residents.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

• Dependable and team-oriented.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work a split shift Monday–Friday.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Restaurant or serving experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
