Looking for the flexibility of travel therapy without being far from home? AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is actively seeking motivated and adaptable Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing team across Central Pennsylvania, supporting skilled nursing and long-term care communities in Hollidaysburg and State College.

This unique travel-style role allows you to provide coverage across 2 nearby facilities while enjoying schedule flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

 

Position Details

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)Schedule Options: PRN / CoverageSetting: Skilled Nursing + Long-Term Care

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
  • Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed

  • Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) License
