We are looking for a Slot Shift Tech Supervisor to join our team. This person will report to the Director of Slots and Players Club
Essential Functions
路聽
- Responsible for the installation, maintenance and overall performance of slot machines and associated equipment on a shift basis.聽
- Supervises slot technicians directly and ensures that slot performance is at an optimal level through established policies and procedures.聽
- Advanced troubleshooting of all technical problems as required.聽
- Assist with the Slot Operations team when needed and may witness jackpot payouts but is not tip eligible.聽
- Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Slots Tech department. 聽
- Develops, implements, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.聽
- Create effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction.聽
- Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and providing recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to Slot Tech Manager.聽
Job Requirements
路 Highschool Diploma or equivalent
路 Minimum (1) year in public area cleaning.
路 Supervisory experience preferred.
路 Valid PA Drivers License
路 Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board gaming.
路 Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
路 Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
路 Able to perform repetitive motion tasks.
路 Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
