We are looking for an experienced Table Games Shift Manager to join our Table Games team. This position plays a critical role in overseeing daily table games operations, driving exceptional guest service, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced gaming professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for team development, and extensive knowledge of table games operations.

This position will report directly to the Table Games Director and will be responsible for:

  • Supervising Dealers, Dual-Rate Supervisors, Table Games Supervisors, and Assistant Shift Managers.
  • Providing coaching, counseling, mentorship, and professional development for table games team members.
  • Participating in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling activities.
  • Ensuring departmental goals and performance objectives are achieved and aligned with overall property initiatives.
  • Evaluating team member performance and providing regular feedback to support continued growth and success.
  • Ensuring compliance with all training programs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Supporting employee engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of all major table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, and related operations.
  • Monitoring gaming activity to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations and internal controls.
  • Assisting with the resolution of guest concerns and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promoting positive guest interactions and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborating with Surveillance, Security, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to support property operations.
  • Supporting mandatory staffing requirements and operational coverage needs as necessary.
  • Remaining available to work any shift, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Performing all other duties and special projects as assigned.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of table games supervisory experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of major table games, including Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat, and related gaming operations.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensure through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and mandatory staffing assignments as required.
  • Availability to work all shifts based on operational needs.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours per shift.
