The Branch Specialist serves as a central resource for delivering exceptional support to both employees and members across all transactional activities. The Specialist fosters a consultative service culture by actively identifying member needs and offering guidance on products and solutions. The ideal candidate works independently with precision and efficiency, interpreting Credit Union policies and procedures to address member inquiries effectively. Proficiency in KeyStone, Image Center and Microsoft Office is essential. The position assists in onboarding new products/services while maintaining strict confidentiality and robust document control to safeguard members and card data.

In addition to these duties, the Branch Specialist is instrumental in promoting a culture that encourages the effective use of technology among members. This involves educating and guiding members on how to leverage technology for their benefit. Their role is integral to maintaining high service standards and ensuring member satisfaction. As such, they play a crucial part in the organization’s success and its commitment to providing exceptional service to members.

Schedule: 7.5 hours per day, Monday thru Friday. 100% on-site. Shifts will be assigned based on seniority.

In this position, you will

  • Service Excellence: Contributes to organizational growth by providing top-tier and full service to members. Engages with members to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a personalized and exceptional service experience. Build quality member relationships by delivering consistent, responsive, and member-centered service.

  • Product & Service Optimization: Identifies member needs and promotes products and services to enhance overall member experience. Regularly engages with members to gather feedback and insights, driving continuous improvement in products and services to best meet member needs.

  • Support: Assist members in scheduling appointments or accessing appropriate resources, including digital self‑service options or specialist consultations, to ensure timely resolution of needs.

  • Teamwork & Interdepartmental Collaboration: Participate in ongoing training, work effectively across teams to ensure seamless member service. Fosters a culture of engagement and collaboration, encouraging open communication and mutual support among team members.

  • Branch Operations: Completes end-of-day settlement, prepares and verifies cash shipment, reviews and generates operational reports for accuracy, ensures proper maintenance, balancing, functionality of Teller Cash Recyclers, Kiosks and Coin Machines to support secure and efficient branch operations.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associates, High School (Required)

2-4 years’ experience in a position requiring similar knowledge, skills, and abilities. | Required
Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
